Sign up and name the company
Sign up with the code we give you, then type the company's name. Its address is made from the name and checked as you type; if it's taken, change the name. A warehouse of your own is built in a couple of minutes.
Pick what to do first
What first? offers four doors: talk about the business, connect a source, go to the app, or take the tour. The ones you don't take wait on Home, under Where to start, until each is done. Talking about the business starts with your website: it reads the site and looks the business up on the web while the questions go on, and keeps what it found as a guess under Context, never as if you had said it.
Connect a source
Connect a source lists the systems you can connect, each with how long it takes. Pick one, follow the guide beside its form, and test the connection: a key for Shopify or Stripe, four values for QuickBooks, a sign-in for Google Ads. Once it says Connected, start the initial sync: its page shows each table as it lands.
Ask a question
In the box on Home, in plain words. You get the number, a line saying where it came from, and the query folded underneath. If a word could mean two things, it says which reading it took, and a correction is kept. A new company starts with a sample store, and Home's checklist walks you through asking about it. Your first three messages are on us, on Free too, and after them step 06 is how you keep asking.
Tell it what the data can't
Whenever you like, under Context, Talk it through: one question at a time, out loud or typed, about how the money comes in, who runs what, and which numbers you don't trust. It never asks what it already knows, and you can stop at any point.
Connect your Claude Code
After the welcome's three messages this is how you keep asking and building, and it costs nothing with us. Claude Code, Cursor or any agent gets the same data through one address, with everything it does logged. On the computer it runs on:

Three habits help it learn your business.
What it knows grows with what you tell it: what your words mean, which numbers you trust, what happened in the months in between.
Answer the cards
When a number moves or it isn't sure, it asks in the Inbox. Your answer becomes something it knows.
Correct it out loud
If an answer is wrong, say why. "Net revenue is after refunds." The correction is kept, and every later answer reads it.
Build one thing a week
A dashboard, a definition, a report someone actually reads. Each one adds definitions and context that every later answer uses.
