Offline conversions to your ad platforms
Tell Meta and Google Ads which clicks became sales they never saw.
For a business that buys ads and closes sales somewhere the platform cannot see, a quote, a phone call or an invoice. You end up with Meta and Google Ads learning which clicks turned into money.
- Capture the click. Your landing page form keeps the click id with each lead. The form writes the click id into the sheet or system the leads go to. Without it nothing can be tied back.
gclid, fbclidIn the app: Add a Google Sheet (Connect a source).
- Connect leads and sales. Bring in where the leads land and where the sale is invoiced. The Google Sheet the form writes, or HubSpot, and the accounting system the sale is invoiced in.
In the app: Add a source (Connect a source).
- Say what a conversion is. A model with one row per lead that became a sale, its click id, when, and its value.
In the app: Start a model (Models).
- Add the platform. Meta takes a token, Google Ads your own sign-in. Personal fields are hashed before they leave. Meta's events go to a dataset through the Conversions API. Google Ads counts them toward an import from clicks action you make in Google Ads.
In the app: Add Meta (Sending data out), or Add Google Ads (Sending data out).
- Test, then go live. Both start in test mode, where the platform checks the rows and counts none. Go live sends the rest. A row goes once and never again.
In the app: Open Destinations (Sending data out).
- Watch it. Every row that left is listed with what the platform said.
In the app: See what was sent (Sending data out).
What you'll see when it's working
The platform's own reports show conversions with their value, days after the click.
