Playbooks
Worked paths through the app. Each step opens the screen where it's done.
A playbook is a worked path through the app for one job people have, like a report that arrives by email or lead scoring sent back to HubSpot. Each step opens the screen where it is done, and an AI step shows the prompt it uses. You don't have to follow one exactly. Take the steps you need, in the order that suits you.
A playbook does nothing by itself and keeps no state. It is not a workflow. Every step is done where it is always done, on Sources, Models, Destinations and Dashboards, and a step your plan does not include says so there, as it does anywhere. Nothing in a playbook is about one company. It is the same for everyone with the same problem.
Playbooks is at the bottom of the left side, above Members (on a phone, under More). It lists the four, each drawn as the path it takes. A viewer, someone in a group who sees shared dashboards, has no Playbooks.
The four
- A report that arrives by email. The spreadsheet someone emails you each week, on a dashboard that updates itself.
- Lead scoring, sent back to HubSpot. Your own model scores every lead, and the score lands back on the contact.
- Offline conversions to your ad platforms. Tell Meta and Google Ads which clicks became sales they never saw.
- Sales vs goal, across companies. Actual against goal for every business, on one page.
